Our Promise

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a full refund, store credit or replacement.

How It Works

Within 30 days of purchase date

Products must be unused or gently used and in their original packaging.

Email us at support@mybodybare.com with your order number and a brief note about your return request.

Once approved, we’ll refund or replace at no added cost .

Refund & Replacement Details

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (usually within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned product).

Exchanges are processed as soon as your return is received and inspected.

After receiving your order, customers may still return unopened products, but return shipping may apply.

Damaged or lost merchandise

Contact support@mybodybare.com if you receive a damaged item, or if package has found to be lost.  Our team will investigate and contact you with further instruction on replacement or refund.
