At BODY BARE, we’re committed to delivering your natural care essentials as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our policy below for details about processing, delivery, and tracking.
Order Processing
• Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and are prioritized once selected.
• During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $15 USD or more within the U.S.
• Orders under $15 incur a flat $4.90 shipping & handling fee.
• Expedited Shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95.
• We currently ship only within the United States.
Delivery Timeframes
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
• Expedited Shipping: approximately 2 business days after shipping.
• Rural areas, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. territories may require additional time.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email (or SMS if selected) with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear once your package has been scanned by the carrier.
Address Corrections
• If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
• Once an order ships, we’re unable to make address changes. Returned packages may incur additional reshipping fees.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please email support@mybodybare.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll assist you with a replacement or a carrier claim.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We look forward to expanding internationally in the future and will update this policy once available.
